Royal Thai

This is the worst Thai food ever! Don't waste your money or time. Dirty dishes, hair in the tea and microwaved, stale pad thai. Awful! Awful! Probably dangerous to eat there as well. I'm beyond sorry I tried to eat anything there. It's pathetic Thai food.

Royal Thai is one of my family's favorite restaurants. The lady owner in Brentwood is very nice and picked out the fried chicken with honey lemon sauce on the side for my children when they were small. She seems to remember us and always is friendly. I think her husband runs the one in Cool Springs which is also good. Now everyone in our family likes spicy hot Thai food especially the red curry dish that comes in a bowl with creamy sauce over an assortment of veggies and your choice of meat or tofu. We usually order two of the red curry and Pad Kei Mao (ms). pad Thai is also good for those who do not like spicy. Royal Thai is one of my kids favorite restaurants now that they are in their teens. Look for their coupon in Clipper magazine.

Extremely rude owner. We four students went for dinner and didnt have change so kept less TIP. While going out she called out loudly and asked why didnt we pay enough TIP (That was rude). Rather than making a scene i gave my check card, the bill was $39.11 and i made it as $43.11, when i came home and saw by online bank account the amount that old chinese rude lady had swiped was $46.93 (additional $7.822, 20% more) Extremely rude
