I had an absolutely horrible experience at this restaurant. I have never been treated so badly in any service-oriented business. After a nasty attitude from the waiter we took our situation to the manager. The manager was also extremely rude. We obviously didn't want to leave him the 17% gratuity that they automatically add to the bill. Because of that the tempermental manager chased us down as we left the restaurant and told us never to come back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No knowledge of hospitality.
