Siam Fusion

I use to frequent this place weekly, and now out of state I make a point to eat at every time I get into town. Ate here last week with my daughter, I asked for my food to be prepared mild to no spice and her's medium. Well mine arrived as hot as it gets and hers had no flavor, after one bite I told the waitress. She just shrugged her shoulders and blamed it on the cook. Two bites later, I couldn't take it any longer and asked that she have the cook remake mine and add spice to my daughters. Well she walks right behind the counter and throws them both away, says she can only take off one meal. I explained to her we are hungry and just want our meals, she seems dazed like in a fog, not great communication skills. Still just stood there, I explained to her if I am paying for food I would like to have it. I have nothing to show for the bill and I would like my food. She just walked away, we paid and will never return. Goodbye Siam Fusion. We will never return, and for my family still remaining in MI, they will never either.
