Great Thai food. I like it mild and my husband likes it hot and its incredible either way. They have takeout which is very quick, and the service if you dine in is very nice. Great ambiance in the restaurant.

this is the BEST Thai food restaurant in san diego. I have been to Thailand and this is by far the best Thai food outside of Thailand.the service is great and the lunch specials are even better.I could eat here everyday and not be disappointed. Prices are very fair and there is a lot of choice on the menu.

I love Thai food and I was so happy to have this restaurant nearby. Food is great but the service SUCKS. Of course I haven't been in quite awhile and I plan on giving it a go again. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my food (the correct food) comes in a timely manner, along with my check when I ask for it. Waiting 10 minutes for a check when it is relatively slow is to long for me.

Great food, great prices, and a really trendy atmosphere. I'm hooked.....but take it easy on the 1-10 heat scale. Start with a "5".....believe me on this one!

The food is fantastic and the lunch specials are great. If you like spicy thai, Bangkok west provides a heat scale you can choose from. Me personally I prefer the "25".

Food was fantastic. Service efficient and polite. Prices were very reasonable. Two thumbs way up! Will be a long time customer!
