If you like exotic cuisine, you need to stop by Chum. The restaurant is very cozy for family and romantic for couples. Very nice. All the dishes I ordered were great. My favorite appetizer was the spring rolls and dumplings. The was also very good. The main dishes I liked the most was on a House menu, Chu-Chee salmon (you can also request tilapia too which was very nice). I also liked the Shrimp basil, and tom yum shrimp soup. All of these were great. You have to try fried ice cream for desert to end the day. You cannot miss this restaurant near the Theater on Middle Neck Road. Two thumbs up for the chef. Great Food and very affordable. I ordered Shrimp in the Blanket, my friend ordered Roti and , and for my daughter chicken satay. We tried different drinks but I loved the coconut juice ..the coconut meat was sooo good. Main dishes we ordered to share. Duck Tamarind, 3 flavored snapper filet and Pad Se-ew was delish! I gave them 3 stars and 2 thumps up. Better than the thai restaurants I had been too in the city or bayside area. Chum thai is authentic and great. I would recommend for everyone.
