I am extremely disappointed in the service at Thai Thai. My family and I have been ordering from this restaurant since we moved to the area. It is a bit of a drive for us for take out but the food has been reasonably good. I recently (today) ordered multiple dishes for pick up including Pad Thai for my children. After a 20 minute round trip drive to pick the food up I realized when I got home that they forgot to put my Pad Thai in the bag. Their response was that they forgot to put it in the bag and that I would have to drive back and get it. Since this was my kid's dinner I had no choice but to drive back and take another 20 minute trip in the pouring rain. When I arrived they offered me no discount nor did they give me the Pad Thai for free (which they charged on my credit card when I was there the first time). The older woman at the counter had no interest in working with me and she cared little if any about my other food that has now been sitting for at least 30 minutes (which was ultimately cold when I ate it when I got home). The owner of this restaurant has clearly lost my business forever. In an area that continues to have more new Asian restaurants that serve Thai food, I can't comprehend how someone could run a business so poorly with such terrible customer service.

Thai Thai is a very friendly restaurant with great service and very good food. Try the Kee Mao (rice noodles, #85) with jumbo shrimps or squid or Chinese sausage. These additions are not on the menu, but they'll be glad to make it special for you.

The VERY BEST Thai food in NJ without a doubt. Try their curry puffs and ask for the red chili sauce (made with fish sauce) to dip it in as they make the very best Curry Puffs!!! Amazing Pad Ce Ew, Pad Thai, and Ka Tiem.
