Excellent Thai food...authentic with great flavors. Highly recommended!

Trish, I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience, but as the other reviews show, it was unusual. My team and I work in Fair Lakes and Star Thai is a regular stop for us. Great food and usually pretty good service. The only think I will say is that sometimes the sodas they serve from carafes is sometimes flat. Better to just get water and satisfy your caffeine needs later. Sakoontra (in the plaza with Sports Authority and Myer Emco across from Costco on West Ox) is also very good.

The food was okay. It was not every pleasant to eat at a very hot restaurant. The waitress was not honest. The service was below average.

THE best Thai food I've ever had. Full of flavor, plentiful, and reasonably priced. I will drive (and have driven) out of my way to eat Thai at this restaurant instead of having a closer one deliver.

I've yet to find a Thai restaurant in the Northern Virginia area that can hold a candle to this place! I've moved to Prince William County and still come back to Star Thai. The food is the best!
