Natalee's Thai Cuisine

My wife and I went to visit our daughter, her husband and new twin babies. They wanted to take us out to dinner because it was my birthday. Having lived in Thailand for two years (LDS mission), I love Thai food but there weren't any restaurants in Southern Utah for many years so I rarely ate Thai food since coming home 35 years ago. Then my wife and I began making it ourselves and we did a great job of it....if I say so myself. We ordered different dishes at Natalie's and tasted each others food. It was as authentic Thai food as you'll get anywhere. Great curry, Natalie's noodles were super, and everything else was great. I just couldn't get the waitress to teach me any Thai....even though I was at one time fluent in the language! Great place. Next time we go to Medford, we will check it out again.

the fod was horrible! also very bad service too! I went there to get dinner with my wife and got soup spill all over my rolex and shirt. it was an accident but anyway they did not have very good service nor better thai food experience.

Well I used to order food from here all the time, since they were the only thai resturant that delivered, and that was alright, till i ordered the chicken and I ended up getting food posioning...they are dirty, i knew the people that worked there they lived in my apt complex and if you had seen their apt. you would NEVER want to eat at their resturant. It was DIRTY!

Natalee Thai has excellent service. Food is reasonably priced, and tasty. The bar is a great place to eat if your dining by yourself. My favorites are the nutty chicken and the california curry. I don't know what shyam is talking about. Natalee thai doesn't even take reservations unless you have a party of ten or more. A little advice: the kitchen closes at 10 pm daily and 1030pm on the weekends, so plan accordingly. -clive

I love Natalees. Growing up in a resturaunt, I tend to be pretty critical, especially about service. I have dined-in, taken out, and get dinner delivered on a regular basis. And have got nothing but great food and wonderful service. I recommend Natalee's to any and everyone. Meghan

Great restaurant with nice staff. We're from Ashland, and we love going to Natalee for a nice, relaxing, and unpretentious dinner. Food is consistently good. If you likeThai food then this is definitely worth trying for yourself. . .

To be truthfull, I enjoy their food very much. Aside from the negative reviews here, and the Tribunes Health inspection mishaps, it is an extremely good restaurant. As for the reservations... you are probably from Ashland and think the world revolves around your every command. Nats food is more from a central thailand, meaning that their spices are not as strong and the foods can be incredibely hot. They deliver, and to my knowledge no one else does. Actually... I am going to order some food right now.

Natalee Thai delivers, and are the only game in town for that. Food is "okay", workmanlike stuff that's all right for lunch.

This has been one of my worst dining experiences. I had called ahead and made dinner reservations for 4 at 9:15 PM. The lady who answered the phone said we are all set with the 9:15 reservations. I have been to many a restaurant before and usually when you make a reservation, it usually means that a table is ready and waiting for you at the restaurant or a small wait time of 5 minutes. But today even after 20 minutes we did not get a table and when we checked with the hostess. She said there are about 5 more people ahead of us and it going to be another 20-30 min. I seriously do not see the point of making reservations If I have to wait for 45-50 min. Atleast, the person answering the phone should have informed us of that. This was very disappointing experience. I don't think I will be back nor will I recommend Natalee Thai to anyone else.
