Krua Thai Cuisine

OH My GODDD, This restaurant should be SHUT DOWN with all these poor reviews, How do you people stay open, well maybe there's still stupid people out there that has not eaten Thai Food before.

We agree that the food is great but the servers are the worst ever!!! I would not be surprised if this is a family owned and operated restaurant because no person in their right mind would hire such unprofessional servers. Thats the only reason these people still have jobs! And to you the anonymous writer we know you must be the server there. Your not fooling anyone. Hope you enjoy the 0 tip I left you. =)

I love the food there but the service can be bad. if you dont leave a tip or send back your food because they made a mistake, they WILL get mad and get snippy with you. Happened to me and it was very awkward.

krua thai has great food, it's also open really late so if you're drunk after partying all night and hungry it works. expect crappy service though the un-hot waitresses are b*tches.

Food's great, better than the other places around here. Never had bad service, in fact she gave me tea the last time I was waiting for my to-go order. Wish they had an online menu though.

the food is good but the service is the worst I have ever experienced! If you decide to eat there, DON'T LEAVE A TIP! it sounds mean but hey if they're gonna be jerks, might as well give them a taste of their own...

We live in West Covina and this place has great Thai. It's close, reasonably priced but most of the reviews are correct. The service sucks! Rude and rude. However, there is one very hot Thai sweety with a nice rack that's worth the trip, but she's rude too.

Wow. I thought I was the only one that experienced these things at Krua Thai. Most of the food, in my opinion, is very good. I used to go there a lot but the waitresses have such a bad attitude. Here is the experince I had that just made me stop going there as much. I went and ordered my usual soup and the male waiter was very rude because I asked for a refill. So I just got up, went to go pay and left. Well...the next time I went, one of the waitresses told me to have a seat and wait. So I waited. It was about 15-20 minutes before the waiter came to bring the menu. And it happened to be the same waiter. He looked like he was furious. It looked as if he didn't want to give me the menu. Anyway, with an angry tone in his voice he asked me, "why you don't leave me tip last time?". So I got into it with him and told him that it was because I got bad service last time and I'm not going to leave any tips for bad service. And he tells me "you have to leave tip!!", "how am i supposed to make money?". I told him "your supposed to make money from your hourly wages", "what...are you guys just working for tips?", "cause that would be against the law!". And he just stared at me. So I asked him "are you going to give me a menu and take my order, or do you want me to leave?". And he threw the menu on the table at me and left, and never came back for my order, so I left and have never gone back. But I must say this there is one young lady there that is very nice and very attentive, and I'd always leave her a decent tip! Anyway, that's my comment. But if I may, I'd like to recomend Banana Bay in Rowland Heights. Banana Bay is the bOmb! Delicious food, very friendly servers.

Their food is awesome, especially their pad Thai Krua Thai (delicious and spicy!). Their service is good and friendly as well.

THE FOOD IS OK. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I GOT HUNG UP ON WHEN THEY WERE TAKING MY PHONE ORDER. THE WAITRESSES ARENT EVEN HOT, THEY NEED TO CHANGE THEIR STUCK UP ATTITUDE.

this place has good food but the servers are so rude. i don't know why they haven't changed their attitude when a lot have complained about them already.

i agree with judy! this resteraunt can be so much greater if the servers gave great service but they dont. I am asian but not noticably and I have never had a respectful dinner yet. Its open late.

This restaurant is Terrible! bad service, food's not all that great...rude servers! I'm Thai, and I feel like the workers (they're Thai as well) are a disgrace to the Thai ppl.

The service definitly sucks.... I love their pad Thai but thats basically it.... The waitress are rude, they rarely fill up the drinks, and when you order take out it takes 30 minutes for one box of pad thai... Horrible service i do not reccommend.....

The food is great most times although the portions vary from visit to visit, and yes the waitreses and the one waiter there could use better people skills.

I was so dissapointed with their poor service and not so delicious food. Man, I ordered 3 dishes and none were good at all. I am a big fan of Thai food, but what I had was truly dissapointment. The waiters/waitresses were even worse. Sooo rude and cocky!!!! I don't know what's going on in their mind, I mean who do they 'think' they are? It would be my first and last time to Krua Thai.

You get more for your money at this place. The food is exellent, love it. I have to agree with the other person, there are some really really rude waitress there. They just look angry all the time! I just get my food and leave, no tip!

The waitresses are rude and lazy at this restaurant. They get angry if there are leftovers and you ask for a box to go! In fact, if any of them ever walk over to your table (which is rare) and you don't say that everything is fine and ask for a refill or something, I get a dirty glance. My wife told me not to make a scene and just leave the joint. I'm sure that everyone thought that I was the bad guy just leaving, but hey, you would too if you saw what I did. DO NOT GO TO KRUA THAI!!
