Exotic Thai Bistro

Moving to California in 2003, I really missed the high quality restaurants(both in service and food) of back home. When we encountered the Exotic Thai Bistro in Agoura Hills, my prayers were answered. The food is fresh! If you can sneak a peak through the glass you'll be amazed by the seemingly effortless creations of the chef and sous chef as they prepare your meal upon it being ordered. The presentation of the meal is as lovely as the food itself. Don't worry, it tastes fantastic! One of the many things that really impressed me about the Exotic Thai Bistro was their large selection of vegetarian items and their eagerness to cater to special requests! If you prefer not to eat meat, you can have just about item on their menu made with either tofu or gluten. My personal favorite is the Cashew Chicken minus the chicken and add tofu, make it medium spicy, please. Their portions are generous and the service is friendly. Be prepared for a slow sit-down meal. Because it is freshly made, it will take a little longer than some other restaurants. Their appetizers and soups are definitely worth trying while waiting for your meal.
