This restaurant has a real small-town and cozy feel to it with a great staff and decent food.

I have eaten at several Thai restaurants in the area and this place has the best food...bar none. Fresh ingredients.

My entire family LOVES Thai food and although there are MANY Thai restuarants to choose from here in the NO.VA.area, we like Thai Noy the best! Their wonderful food is always consistent and we think that they make all of OUR favorite Thai dishes the best out of all the other Thai restuarants that we have been too!

My wife and I live in Paris in faraway France and I can assure you that we dream of the meals we have eaten with friends at the Thai Noy on our trips to the State. Not only do we love the food but we find the service always polite and friendly; We also appreciate the appetizing fragrance. Alas, here in Paris one almost suffocates from the Marlboro smoke. Eeeeeeeek!
