Terrible experience. While having a pho soup I found a small cockroach on it. After that they offered to change it for a "better, $2 more expensive" plate. After that I thought they would apologize and wouldn't charge us. They didn't apologize and they charged us (we paid for the $2 less expensive item, wow!!!!). DON'T GO THERE EVER!!!!
