Thai Ginger

The service is AWFUL and waiters are RUDE. When asked to spek to a manager to complain the waiter (a lady) claimed that she is the manager which was a lie. I waited for 15 minutes they never gave the number. This place is NOT a kid friendly place and you will regret if you visit. I thought the service would change by visting 3 times and it did not. Visit the other locations but NOT the REDMOND location.

Thai Ginger has several restaurants in the Seattle area and they are very popular. They offer a mix of authentic Thai recipes that aren't always offered in other Thai restaurants, but the preparation is typically toned down for American tastes. I personally like the trained atmosphere, the good service, but the food could be more authentic Thai. Tom yum was very bland. sticky rice served in little tiny baskets, small serving size. pad Thai better than average.
