Sarocha's Thai Restaurant

I moved away from Dodge City just shortly after Sarocha's opened, and I miss it horribly. I live in Wichita now and I've found a lot of good restaurants, but few that provide as high-quality food and service. I've actually known the owner for years, and his family had a history in the restaurant business, so it seemed a natural fit for him. Even so, I was frankly amazed at what he and his wife managed to produce. Sarocha's is the best dining experience in town, and I make sure to stop in each and every time I return to visit my family... and they still eat there about every week.

This is the very best and most authentic Thai food I have ever tasted. I was driving along highway 54 from California and after hundreds and hundreds of miles of Pizza Huts and Applebees, I have discovered this gem in a ghost town. It is authentic Thai. Not Laos or Chinese cooking this stuff. Only a little lovely lady named Sarocha who hails from Angthong Thailand. I was so impressed with their food I promised to put them on the internet so whenever you are in Dodge City KS, skip all those idiot steak houses and KFCs and go get some real tasty food instead of food made at corporate headquarters. Run with the little guy, create some change!
