This is one of the worst Thai restaurants I've ever been to. While the food looks and sounds good, it has no taste. The Moo Dang isn't cooked properly and has no taste to it. My Guay Tiew was salty and the noodles were overcooked. They fell apart when I picked them up with chopsticks. The Rad Na was bland, the sauce was watered down and they used the wrong kind of noodles! The menu even says it's made from large noodles, but they used noodles as thin as spaghetti.

People in Phoenix don't know what authentic Thai food tastes like so they don't know why this restaurant is so bad. If you have ever been to a Thai restaurant or to Thailand, you know none of these dishes are prepared properly.

It's just shameful. I was thoroughly disappointed. I'll never eat here again.

Amazing food and hospitality. Now a weekly customer. Love the people and the atmosphere. Even our small kids enjoy it. Thanks for a great introduction to fine food.

I am new to the Syracuse area and have eaten at a couple of Thai restaurants, but Basil was by far the best. The Tom Yum soup was great and was served in a large portion with big chunks of meat and vegetables. We also tried the Panang and Red Curries and they were great. This was the first time I had ever been to the restaurant, but the chef very kindly wished us a happy holiday prior to leaving and was very cheerful and nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to anybody who likes Thai food. It is a little bit out of the way if you live in Syracuse, but well worth it compared to the other options.

Mostly a take-out spot with lots of seating. A little off the beaten track but worth visiting. We've been there several times for dinner.
