Bangkok Thai Cuisine

The food is great. But very very poor service. They make a lot of mistakes everytime I come back here with my family. I tried to give this place another chance, but it always turn out bad n rediculous. I always come here with my family, and they always mess up everything. This one time they forgot to get my son's entree, n they expect us to pay for it. We had to tell them that he never got is entree, so they start making it, when we all were already done eating and still want us to take it to go n pay for it, but we don't want it anymore and we don't want to pay for it. The manager kept pressuring us to just take it because they already made it. And after a moment of silence they took the food back into the kitchen and came back then FINALLY gave us the total without that missing entree. Our total came to be $78.54. I think that customers should get at least a discount for the restraunt's poor services and mistakes, especially when they do it again and again to the same customer. Well, I think we gave them enough chances. I'll just have to drive up to Appleton now. Or make my kids and wife learn to cook it for the family!!! I would rate this place a 3*

Delicious food prepared and presented by wonderful people. Always a terrific experience. Reasonably priced for proportion size.

I have been going here for several years. They will adjust the spice or ingredients of any dish. Awsome fried rice and the best crab rangoon in Oshkosh. Always had great service and the food is fresh. Personal favorite is the peanut curry with green bean and peppers.

Phenomenal food and great ownership. She will spend time getting to know your tastes and is happy to explain any food on eht emenu and some that's not.
