Thai Cuisine

Thai Cuisine is absolutely my favorite restaurant of any kind. The quality and freshness of the ingredients and careful preparation place it at the head of the class. I'm stuck in a rut and typically order the seafood in red curry sauce which has a generous portion of clams, mussels, squid, shrimps, scallops and salmon along with some veggies in a red curry sauce. The vegetables are always bright green and aldente and the seafood is done perfectly. Every other dish I have ever tasted there is wonderful. I don't think that you'll be disappointed if you try Thai Cuisine. It takes us the better part of an hour to reach the restaurant, but it's certainly worth the trip.

Very good food and good service. Fresh ingredients and good variety on the menu. Try the crispy pork and the vegetarian spring rolls.
