This place is bar none the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to. I've tried many places, and this one hooked me. Just about every item on the menu is delightful, with my favorites being the Massaman Curry and the Pad Thai noodles. I've been tempted not to tell others about this place so that I never have to wait when I go in - but it's so good that I can't help but blurt out how much I like it when my co-workers or friends are looking for a great place to go for lunch or dinner. Definitely worth your while to try. Just beware - you won't be able to stop yourself from going back again and again and again. Ashley

My mouth waters thinking about this place. It is sooo good. Their sticky rice with mango is out of this world. Highly recommend it. Lisa Angelos

Highnote is the best resteraunt I have ever ate at. The food is so good, clean, fresh and free from all the garbage you find in food today. The owners are the nicest people I have ever met. Try the chicken with black bean sauce, drunken noodles, any of the soups, their potsticker are the best and made fresh when you order. matt happe

This is a relatively new Thai restaurant in the Salt Lake Valley. They offer excellent, fresh food and the most amazing thai ice cream that I have ever tasted. Definitely worth a visit! I have been looking for a great Thai Restaurant in Salt Lake City (I used to live in St. George) and I will definitely be returning to High Note Thai Cuisine. If you haven’t been there I have to recommend their Tom Khaa Kai Soup (Chicken, coconut spicy soup) and you’ll want to eat it with the sticky rice, it is the best Tom Khaa Kai Soup I have eaten. And to top it all off you will need to try their Homemade Coconut Ice Cream with Cashews on top, this delicious and creamy dessert made me lick the bowl, mmm so so good.
