Just wanted to plug my favorite Thai restaurant!!! It is Thai Elephant in the "Streets of Tanasborne" shopping area on Cornell. The "Pork Wings in panang curry" are the best. Also, great pad Thai, fried squid, crab purses, etc. The owners are great. Willing to provide recommendations for both timid and adventurous palates. Food presented very well on beautiful china. The restaurant space is beautiful...seems like it should be in a more hip location in Portland rather than Hillsboro/Beaverton Area...But, definitely worth the trip.
