Haleiwa Eats

Food FANTASTIC! Waitress-not fantastic. We waited 20 min. before she asked us if we wanted drinks or pupus or if we had questions. Then we waited maybe 45 min to get our food. She said there were several take-out orders and that's why it was taking longer. No "thank you" when I was handed the bill. When we asked her to split it, you would have thought I asked her to pay it for me or something.

This was the best shrimp with Thai peanut sauce I've ever had. I'd pay for them to send me a quart every week. We (family of 5) went for dinner on Aug. 14 or 15 and end up going back again for take out. In ouw two week stay on the North Shore, this was the only place we went to more than once. Everyone loved what the selection they had.

My daughter, son-in-law, and grandson eat in your restaurant all the time! I recently visited for 3 weeks and LOVED your pineapple fried rice several times! I still long for it back in NC. Would you share the recipe,please?! Thank you in advance! Janice Clark

This is my very favorite restuarant on the north shore. I'm addicted to the food,, it is incredibly delicious and I MUST HAVE IT often. They cater for vegans and therefore and I am becoming a loyal client.

I've eaten at many (if not all) of the Thai restaurants here on Oahu, and this is seriously the best by far. The food is beautiful and the staff delicious.

Haleiwa eats serously is one of the best authentic Thai food places i have ever tasted been too. The price is a deal and the food is served fresh and hot!! be careful, "medium" is hotter than you think! A great place to grind with little money out of the pocket

In September my husband and I traveled to Oahu and stayed on the North Shore in Haleiwa. The Thai restaurant haleiwa eats became my favorite eatery and I ate there at least 3 times in 4 days!! The owners apparently had a restaurant in, I think, Brooklyn and picked up and moved to Hawaii! I liked their food because it was not fancy. I would think it was more country like but I don't know because I don't think I am knowledeable enough to rate the food except to say that I thought it was great! It is also very reasonable in price. I might add that my husband and I are in our 60's and not the surfing crowd I hope to eat there again sometime as I miss it here in Southern California.
