Oh my goodness. The food it the best. We could eat it every day. Always taste fresh. The owner and the servers are very nice. I don't know what the other person is talking about. The servers we see are teen age like all other restraunts. They have good prices, and you get plenty to eat. I love it. Tonya Davalos

My daughters love the food. I've patronized the place over the years and have had pretty good experience with the staff. Although one Saturday, I was turned away because they were holding a cooking class there (please put up a sign indicating this next time). Other than that, take out is pretty good. KC

the most unfriendly staff i've ever witnessed! i was recently turned away for lunch with no explanation. the woman (who couldn’t even make eye contact and only spoke to us through her extremely young (child-labor-law-young) bus boy/hostess) offered no explanation for her refusal. i was with a group of 6 and despite the 2 empty tables next to each other they would not take us for lunch. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone... The best Thai food in the Louisville area. I have to disagree with the previous comment about the owner. She's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She even gave me a t-shirt for my birthday. If I moved away from this area, this would definitely be one of the things that I miss most. Suzanne

I love Mai's. I get one of the fried rice meals each time I go and I always leave with a carryout box. MY

The food at Mai's Thai @ Jeffersonville, Indiana is awesome as it has a great authentic taste to it... I am a vegetarian and ordered green curry - it came with reasonably good vegetable mix and gravy - I just loved it. Maya, the owner, seemed to be pretty straight forward, confident, honest and hardworking person. when asked why she does not have pineapple dishes in her menu, she stated that she never did and never will cook to please someone by changing or modifying her culinary. She said that she likes to cook and give the Americans a chance to taste the Real Thai food in Authentic style... I am going to be back there sometime soon for the other curries... Blo Poppi

Food is awesome! I've traveled to Thailand and this is the REAL deal not "americanized". Staff was helpful as well.
