pepper and spice has the best atmosphere and food compared to any other place ive gone to....this restaurant is like a sanctuary for me and my mom haha great service as well, youll never go a second without water

Really good food. I consider this the best resturant in Lewiston. I live in Portland and generally the food at Pepper and Spice is better than our best thai places in Portland.
