Bangkok Garden

I love this place; the food is exceptional, that waitstaff is generally on the ball, focused on serving your food in a timely manner. I always order my thai here as it is more flavorful than other places. The King Prik Ped is out of this world.

the lady serving us was good, the food was average, the ambiance was nice, unfortunately our appetite was ruined by a horrible uncouth guy waiter who shoved our food on the table, was very sarcastic and downright rude. we were hungry when we arrived and wanted to order appetizers ahead. after he made a fuss about that, all hunger was gone replaced by pure anger and shock! never have we experienced such rude behavior!!! shouldn't he have been excited to serve hungry customers instead of getting mad? i hope he gets fired.

My husband and I have been eating at Bangkok Garden in Norfolk for over 5 years. The food is always delicious and the service friendly, polite, and efficient. Never had a problem and we have been there countless times. For some reason the Pad Thai is better at lunch than it is a dinner. Try the Thai iced tea...it tastes like a creamsicle! Their tables and restrooms are spotless. They actually CLEAN the tables between customers...not just wipe them down with a dirty rag like most places nowadays. We love this place.

I have eaten at Bangkok for about 2years. I have always enjoyed the food. The waitstaff are very friendly.

Every time I have eaten at Bangkok Gardens (which is beyond 35) I have enjoyed not only the tasteful and distinctive Thai food they offer, but also the service has always been very good. This restaurant has, in my opinion the best Thai food in all of Hampton Roads.

went to this restaurant for lunch and never got served. 3 tables around us which were seated 15 minutes or more after us were served. We were there for 1 hour...no food. Restaurant horrible.
