One of the best restaurants in town. Busy and crowded because it is great!

Really wanted some Thai food. I had been in the restaurant before and it was amazing however when i called to order pick up they were so rude and hung up on me. I don't know what was going on but I would say go in to eat and not pick up.

The food may be good but this is not enough to keep me coming back when the staff is so rude. Sorry! Get new staff and I would consider eating there again. If you want great thai food and friendly staff go to choochai.

This is the most amazing food in Lubbock...I have never had a problem with the wait staff, but I am not there to chat with them I am there to eat amazing Thai food!
If you need company bring a friend don't depend on a very busy staff to entertain you.

Pad Thai is very good. I could eat at Thai Pepper everyday. Staff is rude. Too bad they can be since the food is awesome! They need a bigger seating area for sure!

They're closed for the whole month of June and first week of July!! How do you stay open as a business?! I need Thai Pepper NOW! Oh yea....and they are delicious!

I ordered the wrong dish and the kid with the red hat with a "P" on it was very rude to me. People make mistakes and I was sorry. Last time I eat there.

If you are looking for a quiet, non-crowded place - this is not for you. If you are looking for some of the best food IN THE WORLD. . . you've found your restaurant. EVERYTHING on the menu is amazing. This is some of the best food ihave ever had, not to mention the best Thai food I have ever had. The place is small, much like a place you would go to in New York. They're never going to make it bigger (because the mom and pop that run it -literally- cannot cook for any more people than they already are). Don't expect it to ever not be busy or not crowded. But that's part of the charm. The wait staff is friendly, and if they seem aloof, it's because they are so busy they're head's spinning. Give them a break. . .you're eating this food in LUBBOCK, TX. You should be thanking your lucky stars.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lubbock, TX. Owners are great and staff is friendly. Food is excellent! Place is small and most times busy, but worth it if you are not in a hurry. I would eat there daily if I could.

The Best Thai food in the world, and I just got back from Thailand last month.

Thai Pepper is great. The food is incredible, its reasonably priced and the service is very friendly. Try the panang curry if you get a chance.

The two waitresses are very unfriendly. But the food is great!
