Paya Thai Fish & Chips

The name "Paya Thai" is a mis-nomer because there isn't a single Thai dish on the menu. Most everything on the menu is deep fried seafood or salads and there tarter sauce isn't more than mayonaise with dill pickle. The fish is good but they need to take a lesson in tarter sauce making from the Lobster Shop, Harbor Lights, Skippers or even Ivars.
