Very slow service, Almost 10 min for a waiter, Had to wait 15 min just for Tea, Tempura Prawns where not as advertise, far from it, Frozen shrimp in Bread Crumb Batter, Veggie Entree, was smothered with Onions. Sprinkled with Broccoli, and slivers of Carrot, it looked more like leftovers. The presentation was very poor, more like what you get in Chow line, in Cafeteria or a Dinner. The Restaurant was clean, but it needs updating. I was there about 16 years ago, the food and service was a lot better. We are not going back there again, we rather go to Burger King, or to a Greasy Spoon, I am sure there food is a lot better, and they serve what is advertised. Especially when you put pictures in your menu, and when it is served, it looks nothing like it, not even near it. The Restaurant needs to go back to its roots.

My husband and I have dined in one time and have ordered take out several times. Dine in experience wasn't the best - we waited a LONG time for drink refills and wait staff wasn't very helpful in explaining dishes (since it was our first time there)... we actually picked up on a hint of annoyance, I believe. But the food was outstanding. Our solution? We just order for carry out and don't bother with dining in... saves us the frustration and the tip! :o)
