Blue Elephant Royal Thai CSN

A friend and I had dinner at the Blue Elephant on Saturday and it was FABULOUS!! They have the best hot & sour soup I've ever had, with large shrimp and straw mushrooms..you must try it. We also had the red curry Beef and the Cinnamon Pork and both were wonderful. All the food we saw look beautiful, great presentation...even a seahorse made out of a carrot on someone's plate at the next table.
