Unfortunately they have closed. I heard from the new tenents of the building they closed in February or March of 2006 and moved to Santa Rosa or San Rafael... they weren't sure, Consistantly had the best Thai food I've ever had (and I've been to all the Thai restaurants in the area, and there are a lot, including Marnee Thai). The flavors were always clean and crisp (OK, usually) - when the head executive chef was there. You could always tell when she wasn't there; the flavors weren't quit as clean. Vegetables weren't overcooked and mushy, broths were clear, shrimp tasty and not overcooked. Also most of the dishes weren't as "sweet" as most Thai restaurants I've been to. But if she was there you'd better have watched out for the heat. Her "mild" was most restaurant's medium, and she wouldn't make it any more mild. Overall I would even say it was very much a "California Cuisine" style with I wish I knew where they are now (actually where the head chef is), as I can't seem to find them with an internet search. If they did indeed restart somewhere else they must have changed their name. Too bad.
