Chai Yo

A consistent and delicious treat in the murky waters of Polk St. This is a quaint haven from the surrounding area. It features small intimate dining and freindly service. The menu I could review all day. I have tried everything on the menu and am always surprised. Though my favorite dish is Golden Bags for starters, A larb (ground pork with mint leaves) salad and drunken noodles for the main course all that with spicy sauce and a Thai ice tea. Now that's a winner. Though my friend swears by the martinated eggplant. And the Lemon Ginger Tea will help you digest the wonderful gastromania. Tip: Eat with chopsticks to keep your eating to a more human pace.
