Bottomless Thai ice tea makes this a standout thai restaurant.

I haven't been to every Thai restaurant in the AV but from my experience the Thai Cafe has been the best. Their food is very fresh, well presented and doesn't have any hint of prepared foods like so many Thai restaurants do.
