Lemon Grass

Lemon Grass is the perfect place for a variety of reasons. The first one is Bob, who is an excellent owner and knows how to run a place where his customers come first. The second is the food is excellent along with the service and third is the atmosphere. It's a great place to get away from the restaurant chains and go where you have a wonderful time with friends, while enjoying great food and conversation.

I retract my first posting. Bob, the new owner of Lemon Grass emailed me and offered my family a free dinner at Lemon Grass. The food and Service was execellent. Bob knows the right way to run a resturant. I will be eating at Lemon Grass quite often.

We have eaten here dozens of times. Having lived in Bankok and eaten in some of their best restaurants, lemon grass would compete favorably. Have tried most of their dishes and never disapointed.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I had heard good things about it, but I've been disappointed with the food and the service each time I've been there. If you're hungry for Thai in the Appleton area, try Cy's in Neenah (920-969-9549).

My family has eaten at Lemon Grass over a dozen times in the last 8 months spending over $80 each time (not including the other couples we would bring). I always ordered Broiled Salmon w/red coconut curry 4-5 stars (close to what I've had in Thailand). We loved Lemon Grass - our 3 year old daughter referred to it as the "beautiful restaurant". However, the last 2 times I was there the salmon I had was horrible. The last (2nd) time I told somone about the problem and was insulted with a $10 gift card...(salmon was $20 alone). I left the gift card at the front desk on my way out and didn't say anything else. Needless to say we will never be eating at Lemon Grass again.... We will be patronizing the other Thai restuants in the area.

Love this small, local restaurant. It's in a great location near the Fox River Mall, and a must if you like great food and service. Try the pad Thai, and don't forget to have a bowl of Lemongrass soup!

Excellent! I felt like I escaped from the cold to the warm surrounding of Thailand. Beautifully decorated and the chicken satay was even better than what I had in Bangkok. Great food, service, and ambience.
