Mom Siam Authentic Thai

I am a frequent customer of Mom's Siam, and I have never seen roaches or any other manner of insect for that matter. While the decor or the restaurant my be lacking, the food is excellent and the servers could not have been more attentive. I have been very pleased with every visit to Mom's Siam. I recommend the Pad Thai.

I've eaten at Mom Siam on numerous ocassions and each time the experience has been great. I have always received excellent service. When I have out of town guests looking for somewhere new and different to eat, I always recommend Mom Siam.

Went with high expectations. Service great but roaches galore! At the end of the meal- small roach ran under my plate. Two more within minutes- one on wall beside me. Actually caught two of them in a napkin and gave it to the management but no comment was given to my table whatsoever! Felt for the server but totally turned off by the lack of concern by the manager/owners! Never again

I went here with fairly high expectations but left disgusted. Half way through my entree I noticed that some of the chicken was raw. They took my plate away then tried to offer me a free desert which I didn't want. When the bill came I asked for some kind of discount at least but they refused. Don't eat here, nasty food and nasty manangement. Service was also very poor.

Delicious, but re the $15 minimum purchase. "Can merchants set a minimum purchase or charge a fee for using my Visa card? Visa has certain regulations that all merchants that accept Visa cards must follow. One of those rules is that Visa merchants are not permitted to establish minimum transaction amounts, even on sale items.
