Without question one of the best places for Thai food in the north 'burbs. We, our friends, and family have enjoyed this restaurant for years. Friendly service, family-owned, relaxed and pleasant ambience, but the real hit, of course, is the food--fresh, colorful, flavorful, and--with only rare exceptions--truly delicious. Definitely a hit.

When I walked in, my first impression was how dirty it was. The carpeting looked old and like it had not ever seen a vacuum cleaner. It also lacked warm ambiance and was cold. I was freezing and am normally never cold. I think they were saving money on heat. The service was slow and frustratingly bad to the point that I told my friend it was like a comedy scene from Saturday Night Live. He said he was thinking the same thing. I ordered the spring rolls, which were good, except the sauce was way too sugary. When I asked if they had a different sauce, I had to deal with the blank look and a conversation that was like two people speaking different languages. I got no where. I attempted to order a salad the way I wanted it, but after a hopeless exchange with the waitress, I was forced into the one off their menu with no modifications. I asked for dressing on the side, and repeated that several times. (So much for "Your Choice") The salad arrived with the dressing on it. The dressing was suppose to be Japanese Ginger dressing, but it looked and tasted like Corn Syrup and ginger. I left feeling sugared up. The salad itself was bad, like cold pieces of white hard crunchy lettuce. My friend order noodles with beef, which he said was not very good. It was so greasy that the noodles kept slipping off the fork. It looked shiney and very oil-ly. I would recommend this place all right - I would recommend NOT GOING here. My friend said he would never go back either. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. Dirty, Cold, average to bad Food, Horrible Service - everything you could ask for in a bad restaurant.

I have dined at many Asian/Pan-Asian restuarants throughout Chicago and the suburbs. I have a great love for Thai cuisine and this restaurant reminded why. The servers were accommodating and friendly, as well as the atmosphere. I've recommended Your Choice to family, friends, and co-workers. I don't mind making the drive for great Thai noodles and curry dishes!

Friendly, family-run restaurant with a wide-variety of moderately-priced, fresh and delicious thai cuisine. Helpings are generous. Modest selection of beer and wine is available. Carry-out service is fast and highly recommended. Located in neighborhood shopping center at corner of Glenview and Waukegan Roads, with ample parking.
