Great food and great cook. I will return often.

Service not good. We had a pick up order last night that was given to someone else. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes. There were several pickups who had to wait as long. The restaurant is shocked when you ask for a discount for their lack of service. Better to give good customer service then lose the customers for good.

Authentic, HUGE portions for the price....you can't beat it anywhere in Charleston. I've been back twice this week.

The below reviewer must work for Basil. I've never had bad service OR bad food at Jasmine Thai. I eat there frequently and service can be slower at times according to number of customers but never bad service.

Good food, unfortunately ATROCIOUS service with uncaring and rude waitstaff. Eat at Basil instead.
