Thai Orient

My mom was diagnosed with Alheimers several years ago. Whenever our out of town relatives came home this was the place we went to dinner. Their food was wonderful and their staff was so kind and sweet to my mom. They patiently responded to her multiple repeat questions and made the entire family feel welcome. Members of our family have eaten there at least once a month for years and we have never been disappointed. The chef is amazing! Their food is absolutely fantastic, but the service is what keeps us coming back. The staff remembers names and are always gracious, warm, and kind. In a world where many claim to be family friendly, they really are!

Excellent Thai food - the Yum Nua (Beef Salad) is to kill for. Also, the Hot & Sour Soup is one of the best. We always have outstanding service.

The company I work for had an awards luncheon here on 2/22/2007. When I received the invitation, I looked up the restaurant on the web and read the one review available. The review is totally negative and unfair to this really nice place. The service was very good, the family style entrees were all excellent and served hot. They even had vegan dishes. Maybe it isn't "authentic Thai Thai food" but it is "good food" at a great price ($12.95 for tea/cokes, appetizers, soup, entrees fortune cookies and dessert, everything). I would go there anytime!

My wife and I usually enjoy Thai food. We were both embarassed that the owner's of this restaurant actually think they are serving Thai Food. The two entrees we selected off the main menu were tastless. However, the appetizer was good. This was one of our most disappointing food experiences. The service was excellent. However, the drunken noodles and Spicy Basil Shrimp that we had were tastless and embarassingly poor. I think most people would be better to save their money and try to make their own rather than pay to eat here. This will go down as one of least memorable dining experiences over the past few years. We rate it 3/10 (2 for good service, 1 for the appetizer)
