Thai Arroy

We visited Baltimore last Saturday and ate dinner at Thai Arroy, and we were not the least bit disappointed! The service was friendly and unhurried, the curry dishes delicious, and the decor attractive. We also found the restaurant, including the restroom, to be spotlessly clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. My first experience was last week and it was delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times I was disatified. I went this week to order a carryout. Although the carryout menu says salad comes with your entree they said it was a mistake. Needless to say they didn't give me one. Once I got to my destination it discovered they gave me the wrong item. NOT GOOD!!

Very good Thai food in the heart of Federal Hill. Curries and other basic Thai dishes are done very well, and the service is usually very good as well.

This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. I walked into the store and waited for 5 minutes in-front of the counter before a waitress came out of the kitchen. She passed me several times without acknowledging me. She served another couple who had entered after I had. When she finally came up to me the first words out of her mouth were “Don’t give me that look”. I left the restaurant and there were no apologies. Very rudeexperience. Stay away from this place.
