From the looks of it, Paddy's place seems not to reopen anytime soon. I'll miss it.

I moved from Houston 10 years ago and I still try to go to Paddy Thai at least twice a year. I haven't found a restaurant that compares with the range of spices and flavors. Most Thai places just try to make their food hot, while Paddy Thai has a gentle balance of heat and flavor. The best Thai in Texas.
