Trained in the art of Thai cuisine in Thailand, her culinary expertise led her from London via The Netherlands to the USA. She currently lives in Atlanta, and is president of Philippa’s Orient. Chef Philippa has been invited to be guest chef for several special events and occasions by the Thai Ambassador, Thai Trade Center, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. She has also catered events for the American Ambassador to The Netherlands, Embassies and Consuls of Great Britain, Canada, South Africa and The Netherlands. She is a renowned chef in the Atlanta area, having been guest chef on local television including Turner South. Featured in national and international publications including Elle, Cosmopolitan, Wine & Dine, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, Atlanta Jewish Life Magazine, and The Atlanta Journal Constitution.
