Additional information: Hands-on classes give you an opportunity to get your hands dirty. Our exquisitely conceived and executed workshops give you the opportunity to cook with the finest Viking professional appliances, cookware, and cutlery under the guidance of our expert instructors. Class size is limited to 12 students, unless otherwise noted, to allow for plenty of individual attention.
