Additional information: Located just outside of Washington, DC, L'Academie de Cuisine offers over 5,000 cooking classes annually. Classes are taught Monday through Saturday in a wide variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Eclectic American, Southern American and Southwest American. Additional classes: Beginner to Advanced Techniques, Celebrity Guest Chefs and Cookbook Authors, Catering, Tea Etiquette, Classes for Couples, Vegetable Carving, Bread Baking, Pastry and Desserts, Wine Tasting, Kids and Teens and summer camps, private parties and corporate team building.
